I accidentally deleted my 1password app and now I cannot get in

I went to the app store, downloaded the new app but I do not have my secret Key so I am not able to recover the data. Is it lost?

    This post would be better served on the platform specific forum. But, do you have your Emergency Kit you printed off when you created your account?

    Is this iOS, Mac?
