Data in main application not matching data in extension

If I edit/view the details of 1password entries from a browser, and view in the 1password app, they aren't the same. Some entries don't exist, and some exist but don't have the same info. How can I fix this problem?

I'm sorry that you are having some trouble. Can you confirm for me that all of your data is in the main 1Password application? If so, it will be easiest just to remove and reinstall the browser extension.

What versions of (1) 1Password and (2) web browser?
