1Pass for Safari clueless while menubar 1Pass works fine

With 1Pass 8 and 1Pass for Safari I continue to have problems as shown in the attachment. I will attempt to fill in a name/pw field and 1Pass doesn't appear. If I go to the menubar I immediately get a hit. After I took the attached screenshot I went back to 1Pass for Safari and it was there. This is an intermittent but maddeningly often problem. Thoughts?

I'm so sorry for the delay, the behaviour you are seeing doesn't sound right at all. I think it would be useful if we could take a closer look at some logs and what may be going wrong.

I'd like to ask you to send over a console log from your browser as well as a diagnostics report:

• Save a console log for 1Password in your browser
• How to send a 1Password diagnostics report
