how to get my 1password extension to work on Microsoft Edge? I did everything suggested.

My tool bar on edge looks like this

When I click on the grayed out icon for 1password this is what I get

After a few seconds, I get this:

I tried to put my snips in but apparently I cannot. So I am sharing the link of the document with it.
