1P extension logging me out immediately

Morning all,

Having problems on Windows browsers this morning (tried Edge and Chrome) where as soon as I log into the browser extension, then try to fill a password on a website, I'm logged out of 1P immediately. I've tried reinstalling the extension to no avail.

Is there a wider issue at the moment?

    I'm sorry for the delay.

    1Password in your browser should share the auto lock settings of your 1Password desktop app. Can you start by double checking the settings here.

    In addition, can you give your computer a complete restart and see if it improves the behaviour?

    Hi Steph

    This was on a Windows machine where there is no desktop client installed, only the browser.

    I resolved it by removing the beta version and installing the production release. No idea what went wrong with the beta, but no time to troubleshoot.
