Open and Fill doesn't work

Neither Open and Fill nor the keyboard shortcut ctrl\ are filling the username and password fields since I upgraded to version 8.9.5. I am using a standard keyboard. Also, some of the other keyboard shortcuts work, but some do not. Thanks.

Extension Version: 8.9.5
OS Version: Windows 10 Home

    I can confirm that I did NOT have this version of 1Password in the browser. I installed it and now all works as expected. Thank you.

    @kbaskin25

    You indicated you have the extension 8.9.5 but 1Password in the browser has a different numbering system. You should see 2.3.8. Can you confirm you have 1Password in the browser installed? Also try a complete quit of your browser and or check for updates.
