1P enters an incorrect username when using command+backslash

Hello,
In Safari, when using the command+backslash shortcut, 1P will occasionally enter an email address that is not associated with the website. This email address is present for some sites and if there is an incorrect entry, it is always this email address. I disabled the keyboard shortcut (in Mac keyboard systems preferences) for this email address, in case this was the issue. This change did not fix the error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
