2 1password accounts, 1 chrome extension

Hi folks. I had to start using 1password on my work laptop and decided my personal life could use some securing, too. I created a new account and downloaded 1password to my personal laptop. I can navigate easily between the two accounts on the desktop app. We don't use Google at my company, but I'm still using Chrome (which is attached to my personal email). Thus, I only have one 1password browser extension. I would love to be able to navigate easily between work and personal accounts via the Chrome extension, but I keep getting locked out of my personal account when I try to select it from the Chrome extension.

Then I get l get locked out on the desktop app.

I can easily hit escape and regain access to the desktop app, but the lock symbol remains next to my name in the Chrome extension.

Any suggestions?

Also, another quick question: The +generate password feature in the top menu bar is excellent, but I only see it on my work computer/in 1password 7. How to I access that on my personal computer? I don't see it in settings.
