Havin trouble with Extentions in Chrome and Safari

hey com,

i have a new macOS air mac for work and i am installing everything from scratch and not transfering my old data from my last lap top. (the last one is 2 years old and was a mac book pro).

We use 1password at the company. i downloaded it today, installed it and logged in without problems.

Now i wanted to use chrome as my main browser and downloaded the extension.

Like on a hotel booking website, we have multiple accounts for different companies.

Normally 1 password showed mit the account names in a dropdown menu and i could easily switch between the accounts.

Now one password doesnt show me any accounts.

It only show me suggested passwords und always my email address as a account name.

Doesnt mather which website i try to log in.

I switched to safari and installed there the extension, but it is still the same problem..

Does anyone can help me out?
