Hey @ich 🙂
I've done some testing on that page, and I wasn't able to re-create the behaviour you mentioned.
- Which web browser are you using?
- Which version of the browser extension do you have installed?
- Can you share the exact steps you're taking when 1Password doesn't recognize the field?
- Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
- If you need help getting a screenshot, this website will help you with the process: Take-a-Screenshot. Be sure not to share any sensitive information in the screenshots.
Thanks!

Hey @ich, I do see a difference in behavior with filling on accounts.firefox.com via Chrome and Firefox. I've reached out to our developers to check on it. I'll let you know once I get an update.
As for the filling issue on https://geizhals.de, I was indeed able to reproduce the behavior. I've reported the filling on that website to our developers. Hopefully they can fix it in the future.
For now, I recommend copying/pasting or clicking/dragging your login information to the field. This can be done via the extension or the app. I hope this can help until there's a better solution.

@Joy_1P Hm, I've checked it again with the most recent 1pw beta (2.6.0) and firefox 107.0.1. Still won't work.
The site structure via firefox looks somewhat weird as it only shows:
"unparsedUrl": "https://accounts.firefox.com/",
"title": "Geben Sie das Passwort für Ihr Firefox-Konto ein",
"frames": []While chrome shows way more information (deleted everything after "fields")
"unparsedUrl": "https://accounts.firefox.com/",
"title": "Geben Sie das Passwort für Ihr Firefox-Konto ein",
"frames": [
{
"direction": "ltr",
"fields": [ ... .... (deleted)0 -
Hey @ich, I chatted with our developers and was informed that Mozilla blocks extensions on their pages in Firefox. So that's why you're seeing this behavior. Extensions can be allowed if you edit some settings in about:config but that's beyond my expertise. I recommend copying/pasting or clicking/dragging your information to the fields if you go to https://accounts.firefox.com in Firefox.
