1password doesn't auto fill login data on my laptop. How do i restore this function?

I opened 1password, went to my logins and clicked on a website to open and autofill. Website opened, but auto fill didn't occur. How can I fix this?

Can you start by letting me know if you can see a 1Password icon in your browser toolbar next to the address bar? If not you will need to install 1Password in your browser from here: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/
