Problem using 1Password with Keyboard Maestro

I recently ditched QKeys in favour of Keyboard Maestro. Most of the time KM works well with 1Pswd, but I have an issue. If I Restart the computer, or it has been in Sleep mode for some time, KM thinks that Secure Input is Enabled and typed string triggers do not work. Quitting and restarting 1Pswd fixes the problem and KM works normally.

I believe this is a known problem. Is there anything that I can do to avoid this unfortunate interaction between the two apps? To have to quit and restart 1Pswd every time is unacceptable.

(I am suing 1Pswd 3.8.21 (build 32009) with 1Pswd Safari extension 3.9.20.b2.)
