It at my work blocked all browser extensions and only Whitelists extensions with a low permission risk,

@Gerard001 Thank you for writing to us. It's hard to say exactly what the reason is for 1Password being rated at such a high level of risk without knowing how 365 Defender is assessing those risks. It might have to do with the fact that 1Password requires permission to change data on websites when auto-filling.
