Slow Load

Dear 1Password Community,

I have a macbook pro and since updating the chrome plug in takes 1-5 seconds to load each time I try and look-up a password. I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading but am experiencing the same problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

1Password Version: 1Password 7 Version 7.9.6
Extension Version: 2.5.1
OS Version: Ventura 13.0

    Thank you! I uninstalled the app and plug in and now it seems to be working better. Appreciate your assistance!

    Hey @nathaan7,

    I'm sorry for the trouble you are having, it sounds like 1Password in your browser may be having a hard time connecting with your 1Password app. Can you give these steps a try and let us know if it improves things:

    1. Right click the little 1Password icon on the top menu bar of your Mac (where the clock is) and select "Quit".
    2. Quit Chrome by right clicking its icon in the Dock and selecting "Quit".
    3. Open and unlock 1Password.
    4. Open Chrome and test if it is working properly.

    In addition, I would also recommend staying up to date with the latest version of the 1Password desktop app for the best experience.
