Lost password

I migrated from LastPass. I got 1password set up, uploaded all my passwords & got my key. I deleted LastPass & then lost my password for 1password before I could set up any family members. From what I’ve read you can’t recover your password and so I’ll have lost all of my passwords unless I’m misunderstanding and there’s someway to recover an account. Anybody have any ideas?

    I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your account password. I see that you've also sent in an email and one of my colleagues on the support team will reply to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try the suggestions in this guide:

    Thanks. I think the upshot will be that I’ve lost all my passwords.

    I see that my colleague has now responded and I recommend working with them over email to see what options are available. To prevent the conversation from happening in two different places at once, I'm closing this thread.
