It is now working fine. I must have been doing something wrong, but all is now OK.

Hey @bertilak,
I'm sorry for the trouble.
Can you start by letting me know if you can see a 1Password icon in your browser toolbar? If yes, can you sign in and see your items?
When you go to a page to save a login, you should see a 'Save in 1Password' prompt appear beneath a field when you start typing, can you confirm if this is the case for you?
Any information would be really helpful!

1password version: Whatever got installed when I downloaded it from the 1pasword web page. Where would I find the version number?
Extension version: 2.5.1
OS: Windows 11
Browser: Edge
