    Hello @cbsledge! I'm sorry that you've encountered an issue logging into 1Password.

    Can you tell me a little more about the details? For example:

    • Which app are you clicking on to log in? (1Password for Mac, the 1Password extension in your browser, and so on)
    • Do you get any error messages when you try to log in? If so, what do they say?
    • Are you able to log into your account at 1Password.com and see any existing items there?
