Created account, stored over a dozen passwords, error adding another, error logging in to website
I created an account a few hours ago (a different one than this one), I got the Chrome extension, then added about 15 logins. On the next login, it failed to save.
When I try in the Chrome browser extension, I get an error message of "Unable to save item".
When I try to login to the 1password website, I get and error of:
"Can’t sign in.
An unexpected error occurred."
I had to create a new account just to login to ask this question.
What's going on? I'm getting a very bad impression of this product right now.

The same thing is happening now in Japan and Sweden.
The problem is that the server and the client cannot connect.I've been using it for 3 years and this is the first time this has happened.

I just tried https://my.1password.com/support?a=&email= and got a different error:
"Failed to send email.
An unexpected error occurred.
ServerError: 500

Ah, thank you for your reply, Tomita. I guess I just had extremely bad timing with their server issues happening right now >.<

Oh, and devs, please note that when you fail to login to the site in this manner, the Chrome extension clears out all the logins. Please put in a ticket for this Chrome extension issue.

It seems to be resolved now.
Both the app version and the add-on version are working.0 -
Confirmed right now. Really hoping the servers stay up! Will check again after work tomorrow and see if I can add my remaining logins. Thanks for the assistance so far, Tomita!
