I can't get any help with this. We just upgraded (I think that is the right word) to a family plan. I can't log onto the new plan to migrate my passwords. Sounds like paying for a family plan was a mistake. How do we either get this fixed or get a refund for the family plan?
Can't get a phone number for support. Can't get an answer by email.
