TouchID in browser not working and desktop app unlock not syncing with browser

Whenever I try unlocking 1Password in my Brave browser, touchID isn't prompted at all. So I have to manually enter the password.

Not only this, but if I unlock 1Password from the Desktop app, it won't sync with Brave so I have to unlock it twice which is frustrating.

    Hey @amaaneth, sorry about your experience with the extension in Brave. It's possible that you are running into a known issue that had severed the extension's connection to the app. The good news is that our developers have recently released a fix for this in 1Password 8.9.15. Could you check to see if you are running 1Password 8.9.15?

    I had the same issue and indeed it went away with 8.9.15
