My secret key isn't working, even though I definitely have the right one

I'm struggling to log in to my business account.

I downloaded my emergency kit when setting up the account, but now that I've somewhere been logged out... I can't seem to log back in.
I've tried using the secret key I have, but no luck.

I am the admin on the business account, so I can't ask someone else to reset anything.
