Is it possible for 1Password and keychain to sync

You know how it is....some times a request to update passwords in Apple key chain is just pop up which is selected and at the back of your mind you're thinking I need to update the 1Password record too but it never gets done so I end up using two opposing managers and the resulting confusion etc.
Can Apple keychain and 1Password sync and agree on changes made to logins etc?

    Hello @Johannes7! 👋

    It's not possible to sync the two since 1Password's items are protected using end-to-end encryption, as are Keychain's. Is there a reason why you're using Apple's iCloud Keychain and 1Password at the same time? I recommend choosing one (hopefully 1Password!) and sticking with that since you'll run into the sort of confusion that you've mentioned in your post where you'll be saving logins for the same website in two different places and ending up with duplicates and outdated items.

    I would recommend making sure that everything is in 1Password (and migrating anything that isn't) and then disabling Keychain: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
