unable to save item

now I am getting "Unable to save Item" when I try to save a password. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GRIEF WITH THIS SOFTWARE. tHERE IS NO TECH SUPORT. I have sent multiple emails with no repsonse

    Please excuse the delay in my response. We have received a higher than normal amount of tickets recently and have been working diligently to reply to everyone.

    Could you let me know if you've received Support ID number?  Please post that number here and we'd be happy to look that ticket up and ensure gets to the correct team for investigation. Thanks for your patience.
