Read only Mode. Unable to add, edit entries in 1Password 7
A week to 10 days ago, when i logged into 1Password 7 (purchased) Got a message "Read-only mode" and since then I have not been able to add, edit entries on the desktop. I can however enter/ edit in my iPhone app. Secondly when I tried to recover it emergency kit and secret key, I to this message: my.1password.com Status: Frozen; Created on: October 10, 2019 11:21 PM; Last signed in: October 10, 2019 11:21 PM However, I have been using the Desktop version all along since I purchased it, (not sure of the dates.)
Appreciate if you could assist me get the above working.

Do you have a Primary vault in 1Password at the moment? It might be syncing through iCloud, Dropbox, or not at all (On My Mac). Let me know either way and I'll be able to direct your enquiry to the right place. :)

Yes I do have Primary vault. And it syncs with iCloud on regular intervals.
