Best way to have one (jpg) file showing front and back of a "document"?

I have separate pictures and so separate .jpg files of a Health Card i.e. front and the back. Is there an easy way to save/combine these two separate jpgs as one file which can then be uploaded to the DOCUMENTS section in 1P?
