Can I move items from a shared with me Vault into a personal one?

Hi there,

In my 1 password account I have my personal vault and work shared with me another vault.

1) Can I move items from the work shared vault into my personal one? if not
2) When I save passwords how can I direct them in which vault should be saved?
3) I am no longer with the company and they will restrict my access to my work vault I will loose everything I saved in it correct?

Let's run those numbers. :)

1. No, you cannot more the items or you would stop sharing them with the other person.

2. Yes, you can set the default saved vault. The following is for the iOS app but the general idea should be present in any other apps.

   1. Open the main 1Password app on your iPhone or iPad.
   2. Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and choose Settings. (If you're using an iPad, tap your account or collection at the top of the
      sidebar.)
   3. Tap General.
   4. Set "Save new item in:" to the desired vault.

3. Yes, they can and if you're no longer there you'll likely want to move your data into an account only you use before that occurs.
