Thanks for the follow up dwestenk 🙂

Taking a closer look, I can see this specific site has some page elements that cause trouble interacting with 1Password's autofill menu (we refer to these elements as 'focus traps'). I would agree it would be nice to handle these a little better from our end. Our engineering team is aware, and while it may not be a quick and easy fix, we are working to make improvements in the future.

I realize the workaround isn't completely ideal and I'm sorry for any disruption in your workflow caused by that. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Thanks @Joy_1p. Yes, your suggested way works, but it is a little clunky... A fix would be nice.

Hi dwestenk, I was able to replicate the behavior you've described on https://www.pgatour.com/signin and have reported it to our developers. There is certainly something strange going on with the login form. Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the future.

For now, I recommend doing the following to fill on that website:

    1. While the login form is open, click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
    2. Your login item should be suggested. If not, you can search for it using the 1Password search bar.
    3. Select the Login item and then click the "Autofill" button.

I hope that can help for now. Let us know if you have any other questions.
