Family member forgot password & has no access to their email for a recovery email
My sister-in-law forgot her password & has also forgotten her email password. So I cannot send a recovery email to her to grant her access to 1Password to get access to her email password!
She does have her secret key but did not write her password down there either!

Hi @boomdaddy3,
If she is unable to access her email address, she will need to follow the password reset procedures put in place by her email provider; once her email password has been reset, the family organizer would then be able to recover her account as which point, she can generate a new more secure password for her email address.
