Unable to login to website

I am running macOS Ventura 13.3 on a Mac. I am trying to log into 1Password to download as I’m setting up a new boot disk. I enter the login information secret key and password in both chrome and safari. Nothing happens. I am successful using the same information logging in from my iPhone or iPad. Try to download as a new user, but then again sent me to the same login page which doesn’t work.

    Hey dmoor,

    I'm so sorry for the delayed response, are you still having trouble?

    Is this when trying to sign into 1Password.com? Are you seeing an error message at all?

    Any information would be really helpful.
