Enter 2nd and 4th letter from Password

My online bank asks me to enter characters from my password and numbers from my PIN, but not the whole thing. Example, they ask for 2nd and 4th letter. Or 5th and 1st letter. It's random on purpose.
Is 1Password8 browser extensionvable to cater for these scenarios?
