How to move SCIM Bridge to another resource group and subscription in Azure ?

We have deployed 1Password SCIM Bridge following instructions here: https://support.1password.com/scim-deploy-azure/
Is there a documented procedure on hove to move SCIM bridge to different resource group and subscription ? Azure move resources doesn't work for AKS, so I need to create anew AKS instance in desired subscription and move relevant data of SCIM bridge manually.
