SSO (azure AD) Unable to sign in error
For the past month we have been testing SSO (azure AD) with a small group prior to rolling it out to the rest of our users. We have two users that have been randomly being denied access through SSO and requiring account recovery. Once recovered, after a few hours with SSO working, the same issues re-occur. We have uninstalled all 1Password items from the devices, rebooted, and reinstalled with no resolution. We have also have a ticket open with support for a few weeks but no progress.
Actual error message screen states the following: Unable to sign in. Check that you're using your work account and try again. For more help, contact your administrator.
The irony is that the administrator is one of the users running into this issue....
