Concealed fields options don't work on Mac Chrome extension

followed this instruction and was able to get this work in 1password app, but how do I make it work the same way in 1password Mac chrome extension?

    The 1Password extension allows you to temporarily reveal all secure fields in a selected item by using the Control + Option keyboard shortcut on a Mac.
