Azure SS0 Configuration Help

So, I was following the below instructions: https://support.1password.com/sso-configure-azure/

I know i am doing something wrong i just need to know what i am missing: for step 4

4.) Copy and paste the first URI from your Unlock 1Password with Identity Provider setup page.

So is the first URI

start.1password.com

and the second

mydomain.1password.com

I am not sure what i missed i am still trying to get SSO to work

    I only ask that because what i entered in for 1password uri is different and i tested the connect and it is good. I am not seeing the option to sign in VIA Provider
