Active Users is incorrect & billing will be wrong (more detail to come) on a trial period account

We just signed up for an account last week. During our "playing" in our trial period (which ends June 6th when our first Billing will occur) someone was inadvertently added as a Team Member__ instead of _Guest. That has been corrected. However, our Billing still shows we'll be billed (annually) for 2 User Business accounts. That is incorrect. We only want a single user Business account.

Already contacted Customer Support but the answer given is unclear...based on the wording it sounds as though we'll still be charged for 2 users even though we only have 1 + 1 guest and we are not mid-billing cycle we are still in our Trial period!

I really need confirmation this is resolved ASAP and for it to show correctly in our Billing prior to any initial annual billing going through!

Please let me know ASAP if I need to just cancel this account and look for a different solution or if this can be resolved prior to June 6th.
