ssh-agent intermittently not working.

I have set up two SSH keys. One is for the Gitea server set up by my company, and the other is for GitHub. The SSH agent works consistently with Gitea, but not with GitHub. When I initially set up the SSH agent for GitHub, it works fine, but after five minutes, it awlays fails to establish a connection.
