Chrome extension unlock not linked to desktop app unlock

Hi,

I had to re-install chrome. When re-adding 1password, my signin is no longer linked to the desktop app.

It is like there is a whole separate 1Password clone running in the browser.

I find this annoying because only the desktop app seems to support finger print unlock.

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

    Hi @jsqrU24,

    Can you follow these steps and let me know if it improves things:

    1. Right click the little 1Password icon on the top menu bar of your Mac (where the clock is) and select "Quit".
    2. Quit your browser by right clicking its icon in the Dock and selecting "Quit".
    3. Open and unlock your 1Password desktop app.
    4. Open your browser and test if it is working properly.
