1P Won't Fill-In User Name and Password on This Site

in Browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Click on "Log in" in the upper right corner. The 1P pop-up appears when I click on the first field, but 1P will not fill in the fields. I can manually copy and paste the info into them.

Doesn't work in Chrome, either.
