Can't use Safari at all due to 1Password for Safari

Opened up Safari this morning and have been presented with this:

(10.11.1.99 is a test server on my network).

However, no matter what I click, the dialog will not go away. Force quitting safari is my only option.

1Password Version: 8.10.13
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 13.4
Browser: Safari

Hm. I finally managed to get it to go away. I had to quickly close the window after doing a restart of Safari.

Open Safari > Settings > Web sites > 1Password for Safari Make sure 1Password is set to allow all.

Which I would totally have done... if I had been able to actually click on a menu. The popup was blocking me from doing anything. I had to Force Quit Safari.

  • Was your setting previously set to this (allow all) or did you make that change after the trouble you described?
