After perusing some of the entries on Microsoft and the use of passkeys from 1password, I really didn't see a direct match on my issue:

I set up my passkeys in the Microsoft by selecting the Security Keys option in the Micrsoft dialogs which finally triggered the prompt to create and save a passkey in 1password.

The first screenshot is my attempt to log in to my Microsoft Acct using the passkey that was saved

.
After selecting the purple "Sign In" on the 1password pop up, here is what I get:

Note sure what the issue is at this point. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!

Managed to solve this issue myself after reviewing the URL I provided below.

When creating the passkey and notiing that 1Password was updated with the new passkey, I must have exited my windows tab and potentially ended the procedure early somewhere between step 4 and step 6 in the procedure documented in the URL.

At that point the passkey was entered properly in 1password, but was not entered in my Microsoft account.

How did I come to this conclusion?
The procedure notes that you should give a security device a name (it suggested 1password in this case).
I went back to check my Microsoft Account info and DID NOT see a security key as in the procedure.
I repeated the procedure, making sure I completed steps 4-6, and then noted that there was a security key defined to my Microsoft Acct, and it had the "1Password" name I assigned to it.
