I am not sure what happened but you used to be able to unlock 1password with a keyboard shortcut. That seems to have disappeared for me. Now I have to click on the 1password icon and then I have to click into the password field, in order to unlock my vault. It would be great if after clicking the icon, a setfocus() could be used to put the cursor in the PW field automatically, so that the user can start typing without having to manually click in the PW field. Thanks!

  • Hello @gman9999! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. You can open the 1Password pop-up using the Ctrl + Period (.) shortcut on your keyboard. Once the pop-up opens the account password field will be focused automatically.

Alternatively, you can enable Windows Hello unlock to be able to unlock 1Password using your fingerprint or face instead of having to enter your account password each time: Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC

Let me know if I've misunderstood the issue. 🙂
