I can't invite people to my team

I got a 1Password Teams Monthly subscription through my app store.

When I go to https://companyname.1password.com/people

Then click on Invite people:

  1. Even if I choose team member, the dropdown is stuck on guest
  2. When click on Invite literally nothing happens

What is the issue?

    It sounds like a permissions issue. It could also be a matter of not having confirmed the user. We don't have access to such details in the community. I'd recommend talking with my colleagues in email support who can look into this in more detail.
