can I create a recovery code on 1password.com?

Please describe how to create a recovery code on 1password.com, if that is possible. I can only find your instructions for creating it in the app, which in my case does not help because the app refuses to launch. Thanks.

    If the app is not launching then the best thing to do would be to get you over to our technical team to find you some relief. Please consider emailing us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.

    Generate and use recovery codes

    On 1Password.com
    1. Sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
    2. Select your name in the top right and choose My Profile.
    3. Select Set up recovery code and follow the onscreen instructions.
