How to create an item with a team member without sharing to the whole world?

I'm trying to share an item with a team member on the corporate vault. The team member already has access to the vault containing the item, but I don't want to say, "Hey, search for foo bar in the 1Password app." I want to give him a link that leads him directly to the item I want to share. Also, I don't want that link to expire. This use case has the message working as documentation so that anyone can revisit it and get the right item again.

There is a "Copy Private Link" that creates a link that correctly opens the item on the 1Password app, but it says "only for you", which means that it won't work with anyone else.

    Thanks for reaching out! A Private Link sounds like it's exactly what you're looking for. If an item is in a shared vault, and you send someone who has access to the shared vault a Private Link then they'll be able to navigate to the item using the link.

    Can you vdouble-check that the item in question is actually in a shared vault? When an item is in a shared vault you should see "for anyone with access to [vault name]" rather than seeing "only for you" for the Private Link option.
