I've experienced the same warning appearing after updating to 1Password for Mac 8.10.38 (81038062), on macOS 14.6 (23G80).

There is also another issue: I'm no longer able to enable the TouchID and Apple Watch options in the settings' security section.

@Dave_1P, I've sent the email following the previous post, and the Support ID number is the following one: ING-24959-256

    1Password Version: 8.10.38
    Extension Version: Not Provided
    OS Version: macOS 14.6 (23G80)
    Browser: Not Provided

    Hello,
let me share my issue here too: I've experienced the "Some of your settings have been reset" warning appearing after updating to 1Password for Mac 8.10.38 (81038062), on macOS 14.6 (23G80).

But that's not all: I'm no longer able to enable the TouchID and Apple Watch options in the settings' security section: I click on the little square to enable the feature, but once i click, an instant after the check is removed.

@Dave_1P, I've already sent an email to support+forum@1password.com, attaching the diagnostic report file .1pdiagnostics, and the support ID assigned to my case is: ING-24959-256.

Do I need to send another email just adding the link to this thread as previously requested?

P.s.: sorry to complicate the reports and the cross linking in the emails, but I have a very complex 1Password...and to put it manually, all the times I need to access to my vaults is becoming so frustrating.

    Hello @wizard86pz! 👋

I've merged your comments together so that I could respond to both of your posts in the same place.

I'm sorry that you're unable to turn on Apple Watch / Touch ID unlock and are running into a message that says that your settings have been reset. We recently released a new version of 1Password and have received reports that some users are having their settings reset and our development team is investigating.

I see that one of my colleagues was able to review the diagnostics report that you sent in and that they sent you a reply. Please continue the conversation there. To prevent duplication of efforts, I'll close this thread.

edit: If anyone else runs into a Settings Reset message then please see the explanation that I posted here: https://1password.community/discussion/comment/715748/#Comment_715748
