Unable to login on Windows 11

Recently changed my password. Was able to re-authenticate to the apps on multiple devices: macOS 14, iOS 18, Android 14, Linux Ubuntu 24.04.

However, when I try to login to 1Password on Windows 11, it keeps saying my details are wrong. I use the exact same details as I used for the 6 other devices that I had already re-authenticated to.

On Windows, I open my.1password.com and was able to login. Copied and pasted the relevant info to 1Password 8.10.45 on Windows 11, and the 1Password app still rejects my credentials + secret key.

  • Hello @whoopingcrane! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to sign into 1Password for Windows. Can you try this alternate method to add your account:

    1. In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
    2. Click your name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
    3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
    4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.

If that doesn't work then can you post a screenshot of the error message that you see?
