How to open 1Password in Chrome with tags shown on first screen.
I use and have used 1Password for many years (more than 5). The new version that is an extension in a browser (Chrome) is definitely better, but the latest beta has 3 issues: (1) Slow, (2) Opens in a restricted view without tags. To search entries by tags (my usual mode of operation) I have to edit, wait for full screen mode and then cancel edit. REALLY ANNOYING.
(3) View always opens in employee mode. I need vendor mode. Employee mode is used for private/personal logins, vendor mode is used for everything else.
1Password Version: 8.10.6
Extension Version: 8.10.46
OS Version: Windows10
Browser: Chrome

Hello @AlfredMNZ! 👋
Thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password in the browser. I'll reply directly your points below:
(1) Slow
Can you tell me a little more about what's slow? Is it saving a login? Or editing an item?
(2) Opens in a restricted view without tags. To search entries by tags (my usual mode of operation) I have to edit, wait for full screen mode and then cancel edit. REALLY ANNOYING.
It sounds like you might be using 1Password.com. I would recommend that you install the desktop app so that you can view your tags in the sidebar there and so that when you edit items you'll edit them in the faster desktop app rather than the web app in the browser. You can install 1Password for Windows using this guide:
(3) View always opens in employee mode. I need vendor mode. Employee mode is used for private/personal logins, vendor mode is used for everything else.
Can you clarify what you mean by "employee mode" and "vendor mode"? Do you have vaults that are called "Employee" and "Vendor"? Is the view that you're referring to the browser extension pop-up (that opens when you click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar) or on 1Password.com?
I look forward to hearing from you.
