Changed billing from yearly to monthly but still being charged for yearly
The billing page DOES NOT show an option for change billing.
I already changed billing to monthly. Made the payment. Got a receipt and email about change.
Support keeps telling me to go back to settings and make the change. There is no option for that! Meanwhile they are trying to charge me for yearly plan. Every day.
I keep emailing them, telling them there is no option - then they reply open with the same instruction.
I am doing this now for two or three days....
