There are some sites that I use that share accounts across domains. So for example, smartevals.com, qualtrics.com and kaltura.com all use the login credentials from myWork.org and not their own. How do I manage setting these up so that there is only one credential set up in 1Password for the username and password and that it will get updated for all when I update it.

    Hello @kc2npu! 👋

Thanks for the question! Do those websites redirect you to the myWork.org website so that you can sign in before you're redirected back to the original website that you're using? If they do then you can add the myWork.org website address to your login item in 1Password and 1Password will suggest your login credentials on the myWork.org login page.

However, if you stay on the website in question when signing in but still use the same account credentials as myWork.org, then you can add those other domains to your Login item in 1Password so that your credentials are suggested across all applicable websites:

You can do this by editing the Login item using 1Password and then clicking + add another website and adding the other website addresses. I hope that helps.
