Sentinel not pulling all vault access via API. Caching?

So, I have set up the 1Password integration so that Sentinel pulls access to vaults and items in vaults via the API and stores it in a table. In general this seems to work fine, but it doesn't show all access to a vault. Does 1Password cache a vault locally so that subsequent access to a vault doesn't register with the server and hence nothing is ingested via the API? Thanks for any pointers!
